2 8oz pkgs cream cheese
1 4oz pkg goat cheese
2 tb crushed garlic
2 tb olive oil
1 tsp thyme
3 tb prepared pesto, drained well
1/3 cup roasted red bell peppers, chopped if in oil, drain well
Line 1 quart casserole dish with plastic wrap.
Place cream cheese, goat cheese and garlic in food processor and blend
well.
Add oil and thyme, blend. Place 1/3 of this mixture in dish; layer with
pesto, then cheese mixture, then red peppers.
Top with remaining cheese mixture. Cover and refridgerate till firm.
Unmold onto serving dish and remove plastic wrap. Smooth the edges.
