20 jar of pickled Jalapeno Peppers
12 oz cream cheese
1/4 tsp garlic powder
salt and pepper to taste
2 Tablespoon water
Italian Bread Crumbs for breading
Oil for frying
Drain and rinse real good to take some of the heat off of the peppers.
Split peppers in 1/2 and remove tops and seeds.
Take softened cream cheese, add garlic powder and salt and pepper to taste.
Fill peppers then freeze.
When frozen take eggs and water and whisk mixing well.
Dip the peppers in the egg mixture then roll in Italian bread crumbs.
Repeat with all peppers. Re-freeze ( this keeps the cream cheese from melting out of the popper when you fry them).
Deep fry for approx. 2 mins. or until golden brown. Serve with ranch dressing.
