Tuna Mousse

1 pkg. Knox gelatine
1 c. skim milk
1 chicken bouillon cube
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. lime juice
4 ice cubes
12 oz. tuna
1 medium cucumber, chopped,unpeeled
1 tsp. onion flakes

Sprinkle gelatine over milk in pan. Let stand 2 minutes. Add chicken bouillon; heat over low heat until dissolved.

Pour into blender. Add mayo and lime juice; blend.

Add ice cubes 1 at a time. Stir in tuna, cucumber and onion.

Pour into 4-cup mold. Chill until set, 1 hour.
