Vegetable Olive Balls

Olive Balls

2/3 cups sifted flour
1stick butter and 1 cup grated sharp cheddar at room temperature
1 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
30 stuffed green olives


Combine all ingredients except olives. Knead briefly with hands till smooth. Pinch off dough, flatten in hand, place olive in center and roll in hands to enclose olive and make ball. Place on cookie sheet, seal with plastic wrap and freeze. Place frozen balls in freezer bag until ready to use.

Preheat oven to 400. Cook till golden brown, about 15 minutes
