Marinated Mushrooms and Artichoke Hearts

1 tsp oregano
1 tsp basil
1/4 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp Accent (MSG)
1-1/4 tsp salt
2-3 cloves garlic
4 (4 oz.) cans button mushrooms (drained)
2 large cans artichoke hearts (drained and quartered)*
oil, wine vinegar and water


Using measure on Good Seasons bottle, mix vinegar (1/4 c), water (2 Tbs) and oil (1/4 c + 1/3 c) as directed. Add above spices and shake thoroughly. Pour over mushrooms and artichoke hearts. Seal in non-reactive container or zip lock bag and place in refrigerator, turning often. Great if marinated for 3 days, excellent if marinated even longer.

*1 can = net wt 13-3/4 oz. (390 g); drained wt 8-1/2 oz (240 g)
