Veggie Pizza
Preheat oven to 375.
Crust:
2 cans Pillsbury Crescent Rolls
Unroll the crescent rolls and spread into a greased
cookie sheet. Bake until golden brown (approximately 10-12 minutes).
Let cool completely.
Filling:
2 eight oz packages of Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 c sour cream
3/4 c mayonnaise
1 pkg Hidden Valley Ranch dressing
Mix filling ingredients together and spread on top of cooled crescent
rolls and set aside.
Toppings:
Use any vegetables you like that are not too juicy. Dice or chop carrots,
green peppers, broccoli, celery, cauliflower, yellow pepper, etc.
Top with grated Cheddar and/or Mozzarella cheese.
Refrigerate until you serve.
