Voo Doo Shrimp

Cooked and chilled as many as you need to serve

Voodoo Marinade: 

  1/4 cup curry powder 
  2 tbsp. black pepper 
  2 tbsp. white pepper 
  2 tbsp. brown sugar 
  1 tbsp. onion powder 
  1 tbsp. minced garlic 
  2 tbsp. ground coriander 
  1/2 cup lemon juice 
  3/4 cup water 
  3/4 cup vegetable oil 

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and stir well then toss with shelled,
cold, cooked shrimp.

Serve on a bed of bibb lettuce.
