Wisconsin Holiday Fondue

1 med. onion chopped
1/2lb. ground beef
2cans (10 1/2oz. each) pizza sauce
1 tsp fennel seed
1 1/2 tsp leaf oregano
1/4 tsp garlic powder
2 1/2c. shredded Wis. cheddar cheese
1 c. shredded Wi. mozzarella cheese
Italian or French bread cut up in cubes

In a sauce pan over medium heat, brown the onion and ground beef.

Drain. Add pizza sauce and seasonings, stir until heated.

Add cheese by handfuls. (their directions!) Stir until smooth. Pour into fondue pot-keep warm while serving.

Serve with the bread. Serves 4.
