Ham Rolls with Dill Pickles
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 tsp prepared horseradish (or more to taste)
8 slices ham
8 dill pickles, the same length as the ham slices are wide
Combine cream cheese and horseradish.
Place ham slices on a work surface and divide cream cheese mixture among slices, spreading cheese evenly over ham.
Place a dill pickle across the short end of each piece of ham and roll up. Wrap tightly in cling wrap and refrigerate to firm up cream cheese.
To serve, unwrap and cut with a serrated knife into 3/4" slices. You may need to spear end pieces with a toothpick to keep them together.
