Bulgogi (Korean Beef) 
1 lb. boneless beef 
2 scallions, finely chopped 
4 cloves garlic, chopped 
2 tbl. sesame oil 
1 tsp. seasame seed 
1 lg. sprinkle of black pepper 
3 tbl. soy sauce 
Thinly slice beef while in semi frozen state (1/16 - 1/8 in. thick. 
Add chopped scallions, garlic, sesame seed. Liberly sprinkle black pepper
 over mixture. 
Add soy sauce, and sesame oil and mix by hand with 
the beef and other ingredients. 
Refrigerate over night.
 Fry all in ungreased 
frypan over medium heat for 5 minutes or until a dark brown color.
 Serve 
with your choice of potato or rice.
