CHINESE COLESLAW 
1 pkg. Coleslaw mix (cabbage/carrot mixture) 
1/2 cup Sunflower seeds 
1 pkg. ramen noodles (oriental flavor) 
1/2 c Slivered almonds 
1 bunch Green onions, chopped 
2 tsp. Butter, divided 
DRESSING: 
1/2 cup vegetable oil 
3 Tblsp. Balsamic vinegar 
3 Tblsp. Sugar 
Ramen seasoning packet from noodle package 
Break the ramen noodles apart, being careful not to grind them in your
 hands, then brown them in 1 tsp. butter. Noodles should be crisp. Set aside. 
Next brown green onions, sunflower seeds and almond slivers in skillet 
with remaining 1 tsp. butter. Set aside.
Mix oil, sugar, vinegar and ramen seasoning to make the dressing - 
shake vigorously. 
Do not mix all ingredients until you are ready to serve. Yield: 8 servings.
