Oriental Beef Lo Mein 
8 ounces uncooked dried vermicelli or thin spaghetti 
3/4 cup light sour cream 
1 1.5 ounce envelope stir fry seasoning mix 
1 tablespoon sesame oil or vegetable oil 
3/4 pound pre-cut beef stir fry meat 
1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh garlic 
4 cups broccoli cole slaw mix 
1 medium red (or green) pepper cut into thin strips 
Cook pasta according to package directions and rinse with hot water. Drain. 
In a small bowl, stir sour cream and stir fry seasoning mix; blend 
well. 
Heat oil in dutch oven, add beef strips and garlic and cook til meat is 
no longer pink, 2 to 3 minutes. Add broccoli slaw mix and pepper. 
Continue to cook and stir til vegetables are crisply tender, 1 to 2 minutes.
Reduce heat to low; stir in sour cream mixture. Continue to cook til heated through, 1 minute. Add pasta and toss to coat. Yields 6 servings.
