Noodles with Peanut Sauce, Shrimp & Scallions 
INGREDIENTS
12 oz. rice vermicelli 
1 1/3 cups Firehouse Thai Peanut Sauce 
1 Lb. baby shrimp, cooked and shelled 
12 small scallions, trimmed and thinly sliced 
2 Tbsp. sesame seeds, toasted 
Salt to taste 
DIRECTIONS 
Soak the vermicelli in hot water for 10 minutes. Drain and cook in boiling 
water just until tender. Drain, rinse and drain again. 
Place in a large bowl and toss with the peanut sauce.
 Mix in the shrimp, scallions, sesame seeds and salt. Divide among 4 
plates and serve immediately.
