Chinese BBQ Ribs 
 
1 jar ( 7 oz. ) hoisin sauce 
1/4 cup soy sauce 
2 tbsp. rice wine vinegar 
2 tbsp. honey 
1 tbsp. molasses 
2 tsp. toasted sesame oil 
1 tsp. garlic powder 
1 tsp. ground ginger 
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper 
4 lbs. baby back ribs, cut into 4-rib pieces 
In large re-sealable plastic food storage bag combine hoisin, soy sauce, vinegar, honey, molasses, sesame oil, garlic powder, ginger and cayenne. 
Add ribs to bag; turn to coat in marinade. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. 
Preheat oven to 325F. Coat broiler pan and rack with cooking spray. 
Transfer ribs to rack in single layer, reserving remaining marinade in bag. Roast ribs 1 hour. Brush with reserved marinade; continue roasting until tender, about 30 minutes. 
Makes 6 servings.
