Salmon or Tuna Salad Korean
Sauce: 
1/4 cup salad oil 
1 tablespoon mirin* 
1/2 cup soy sauce 
1 tablespoon sesame seeds or sesame oil 
Make Sauce:
Combine sauce ingredients and set aside. 
Salad: 
1 block firm tofu, drained & cut into cubes 
1 firm tomato, cut into cubes 
1/2 round onion, thinly sliced 
1 8-ounce can salmon (or tuna), drained, boned & separated into bite-size chunks 
1/2 cup green onions, chopped 
Fold tofu, tomato, and onions over slowly, just until mixed.
Sprinkle salmon or tuna over mixture; top with green onions and sesame 
seeds, if desired. Refrigerate until ready to serve. 
Pour on sauce just before serving.
