This recipe comes from BH&G "More From Your Wok" (1982). 
SPINACH IN SOUR CREAM SAUCE 
2 T butter or margarine 
1/4 c sliced green onion 
6 c torn fresh spinach or turnip greens 
1 c sliced fresh mushrooms 
1 T all-purpose flour 
1/2 c dairy sour cream 
1/4 c milk 
Dash ground nutmeg 
In wok melt butter or margarine over medium-high heat. 
Add green onion; stir-fry 2 minutes. 
Add spinach or turnip greens and mushrooms. 
Reduce heat; cover and cook over low heat for 4 minutes.
While this is cooking, stir flour into sour cream; stir in milk. 
Add sour cream mixture to wok; cook and stir till thickened and bubbly.
 
Cook and stir 1 minute longer. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and 
ground nutmeg. 
Makes 4 servings.
