Baked Beans Four Bean Hot Hotdish

Four Bean Hotdish

8 ounces bacon, cut up
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 16 ounce can pork and beans, with tomato sauce
1 16 ounce can green beans, drained
1 15 1/2 ounce can butter beans, drained
1 15 1/2 ounce kidney beans
1/2 cup ketchup
1/4 to 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/2 teaspoon salt

In dutch oven cook bacon & onion til bacon is browned and onion is tender. Drain off fat.

Stir in remaining ingredients. Transfer the mixture to a 3 1/2 or 4 quart crockery cooker.

Cover & cook on low heat setting for 6 hours. Makes 10 to 12 servings.
