Barbequed Limas and Ham

1-1/2 cups dry lima beans
1 tsp. salt
5 cups cold water
2 cups cubed cooked ham
1 medium onion, sliced
1 cup ketchup
2 tbs. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. chili powder


Heat beans, salt and water to boiling Cover; simmer 1 hour or till beans are soft. Drain, reserving 1 cup of liquid.

Combine beans, ham and onion in 2 qt. casserole. Stir together remaining ingredients and reserved liquid. Pour over the beans. Cover and bake at 350° about 1 hour or till beans are tender.

Makes 6 servings
