Baked Potato Bread
Note: First measurements are for a big loaf and second in parenthesis are for a small 1 lb. loaf.

3/4 cup warm water--look for what temp. your instruction book gives (1/2 cup)
3 cups white bread flour (2 cups)
1 1/2 Tablespoons dry milk powder (1 Tbl.)
1 1/2 Tablespoons sugar (1 Tbl.)
1 1/2 teaspoon salt (1 tsp.)
1/2 cup sour cream (1/4 cup)
2 1/2 Tablespoons instant potato flakes (1 1/2 Tbl.)
3 Tablespoons real bacon bits--not hard/crunchy ones (1 1/2 Tbl.)
3 Tablespoons chives, minced (1 1/2 Tbl.)
3 teaspoons active dry yeast (2 tsp.)
Place ingredients in bread pan in order your instruction booklet states and bake. Serve warm.
