1 cup warm water
1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
1/4 cup brown sugar, packed
1 tsp salt
1-1/2 tsp vanilla extract
3-1/3 cups bread flour, unsifted
1-1/2 tsp bread machine yeast
2/3 cup chocolate chips
Measure ingredients into bread pan according to the manufacturer's direction. Measure chocolate chips and add when the machine beeps or when the manufacturer directs.
After about 5 minutes of kneading check the consistency of the dough. If dough is not in a smooth, round ball add liquid 1 tbsp at a time, if too wet add flour 1 tbsp at a time.
Cool on rack before slicing.
Basic or white bread cycle.
Crust setting: as desired.
Makes a 1-1/2 lb loaf
