1 1/4 cup diet cola
3 cups flour
2 1/4 teaspoons yeast
Place all ingredients in bread pan in the order recommended by your machine's manufacturer. Process on white bread cycle.
Yield 1 1/2 pound loaf.
Per serving: 139 calories, trace fat, 4 g protein, 29 g carbohydrate; 1 g dietary fiber. 1 mg sodium
