Hawaiian Sweet Bread
3/4 c. pineapple juice
1 egg
1/4 c. milk
4 T. butter
1 tsp. coconut or vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. ground ginger
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. potato flakes
3 c. bread flour
1 1/2 tsp. rapid or quick yeast
Process in bread machine per your machine directions.
Orange juice may be substituted for a slightly different flavor.
Makes a 1 1/2 # loaf.
