from "The Bread Machine Cookbook" by Donna Rathmell German
(Measurements are for 1 1/2 lb. loaf)
1 c. water
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sugar
3 c. bread flour
2 1/2 tsp. (1 pkg.) yeast
Add ingredients according to your bread machine directions and set machine to normal cycle.
