Norwegian Raisin Beer Bread
1/2 cup Milk
1/2 Cup Beer
1 Tbspn Margarine
2 & 1/2 Cups White Bread Flour
1/2 Cup Rye flour
1 Tbspn Gluten Flour
3 Tbspns Packed Brown Sugar
1/4 tspn Gr. Cinnamon
1/4 tspn Gr Ginger
1/8 tspn Gr. white pepper
1/8 tspn Gr. Cloves
1&1/2 tspns dried yeast
1/2 cup Dark raisins
Place ingredients in bread machine as per instructions. If your machine
has a fruit loaf setting, use that and hold
raisins back adding on the "beep".
