ABM Olive Bread

1 1/2 lb loaf ---------------- 1 lb loaf

1 tsp yeast ------------------1/2 tsp yeast
5 tbsp chopped black olives -- 3 1/2 tbsp
3 c + 1 tbsp bread flour ------ 2 c
1 tsp salt --------------------1/2 tsp
2 tbsp sugar ------------------- 1 1/2 tbsp
2 tbsp olive oil --------------- 1 tbsp
9 oz warm water ----------------- 3/4 c
If machine has a yeast dispenser, use 2 tsp for the 1 1/2 lb loaf.
Provencal Olive and Thyme Bread

1 lb loaf ----------------------------1 1/2 lb loaf
1 tsp yeast ---------------------------1 1/4 tsp
2 c bread flour ----------------------3 c
1/4 c whole wheat flour ---------------1/3 c
1 tbsp sugar ---------------------------1 1/2 tbsp
1/4 tsp salt ---------------------------1/2 tsp
1 tsp dried thyme leaves ---------------1 1/2 tsp
2 tbsp olive oil ----------------------3 tbsp
3/4 c + 2 tbsp water -------------------1 1/4 c
1/4 c pitted and chopped black olives ----1/3 c
Put all ingredients into machine according to manufacturer's directons. Add olives at beep or at the end of the first kneading session. Let cool before slicing.
