Oregano Bread
water 1 1/8 cups
olive oil 1/4 cup
Parmesan cheese, grated 1/4 cup
sugar 1 1/2 tsp or less (sugar is in fact optional)
salt 3/4 tsp
oregano 1 tbs
bread flour 3 cups
nonfat dry milk 1/4 cup
yeast 2 tsp
Add to machine in order listed and process according to your manufacturer instructions.
