1 ts Active dry yeast
1 1/4 c Bread flour
1 ts Salt
1 c Cornmeal
2 ts Sugar
2 ts Olive oil
6 oz Warm water

Large-
1 1/2 ts Active dry yeast
2 c Bread flour
1 1/2 ts Salt
1 1/2 c Cornmeal
1 tb Sugar
1 tb Olive oil
9 oz Warm water +2tb

Good, dense, corn bread with a crunchy texture and rich flavor.
