Strawberry Swirl Bread

2 tablespoons butter
3/4 cup skim milk
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 package (regular size) instant vanilla pudding mix
1 package active dry yeast
2 1/2 cups flour

4 tablespoons Strawberry Roll-In*
3 tablespoons sugar

butter flavored cooking spray
1 tablespoon Strawberry Roll-In
1 Tablespoon sugar
1 egg white


Load bread machine with the first 7 ingred.

Set for dough cycle.

Combine the 4 tbl. Strawberry Roll-In and the 3 tbl. sugar and set aside.

When the cycle is complete, remove dough to a floured surface and roll to a 15x8" rectangle.

Brush with egg white and sprinkle with the Strawberry Roll-In mixture, leaving a 1/2" border along the edges.

Fold the long sides over about 1"; then roll the dough into a log, starting with the short end.

Pinch seams to seal.

Place in a lightly greased 8-1/2 x 4-1/2" loaf pan.

Cover and let rise about 1 hour or until doubled.

Bake in a 375 degree oven for 35-40 min.

Remove from pan and place on a wire rack to cool.

While hot, spray with cooking spray and sprinkle with the 1 tbl. Roll-In combined with 1 tbl. sugar.
