Garlic Bread to Die For

Loaf of Soft Bread (not Italian or French)
1/2 c butter, approximate
Garlic Powder, to taste
McCormick's Salad Seasoning, to taste
Mozzerella Cheese Slices, 1/8 inch thick
Preheat oven to 400.
Take a loaf of soft (not crusty like French) bread and split the loaf.
Mix butter, garlic powder and McCormick's Salad Seasoning, to taste.
Spread the seasoned butter on the bread and put the bread on boat-shaped piece of aluminum foil with the shiny side facing the bread. (you want the foil to surround the bread but not completely enclose it)
Then, put the bread in the oven to get crispy (be careful not to burn it).
When the bread is crispy, lay the cheese on the bread and
put it back in the oven to melt.
Note: You have to put the buttered, seasoned bread in the oven first or the moisture from the cheese will make the bread mushy.
Also, using a loaf of crusty bread will make the bread scratch the roof of your mouth when you go to eat it.
