Biscuits Yogurt Herb Drop

YOGURT-HERB DROP BISCUITS

2 cups BISQUICK baking mix
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 container (6 oz.) plain yogurt (not low-fat)
2 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh parsley
1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh chives

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Grease a cookie sheet.

In a large bowl, mix all ingredients until soft dough forms; beat 20 strokes.

Drop dough by 12 spoonfuls onto cookie sheet.

Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.

Makes 12 biscuits.

DROP BISCUITS:
After beating, drop dough by rounded spoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
