Bread Dough Cornucopia

Aluminum Foil
3 packages refrigerated bread sticks
2 eggs
water
fresh vegetables
your favorite vegetable dip
vegetable cooking spray

Step 1: Roll foil diagonally to form a hollow cone about 15 inches long and 6 inches at the wide end. Fasten with clear tape. Stuff with crumbled foil until entire form is rigid.

Step 2: Spray entire form with non-stick cooking spray.

Step 3: In a small bowl, mix the 2 egg whites with 1 tsp. water.

Step 4: Using the bread sticks, start by wrapping one bread stick around the tip of the cone. Slightly overlapping as you go, brush the tip of the next bread stick with egg white mixture. Press to attach to the first one. Continue like this until you are about 1 inch from the end. Using 3 bread sticks, make a braid and wrap this around the open edges of your cornucopia.

Step 5: Brush the entire cornucopia with the remainder of the egg white mixture.

Step 6: Place on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until bread is a rich golden brown. If some parts start to darken too quickly, cover those areas with foil.

Step 7: Remove from oven and let cool COMPLETELY. If you don't let it cool completely, the cornucopia will collapse when you remove the foil form. Remove form when cool.

Step 8: In an attractive fashion, arrange the vegetables spilling out of the cornucopia onto the serving platter. Serve with your favorite vegetable dip.
