Jiffy Hawiian Bread

3 1/2 cups all purpose flour;divided
1 box Jiffy cake mix (yellow or white)
2 pkg. active dry yeast
2 cups warm water
1 tsp. salt

Preheat oven to 400.

Mix 3 cups flour, cake mix, salt, and yeast together. Make a well in the center.

Add water, mix until well blended.

Add rest of flour and mix well. Knead until smooth. Divide into 2 parts.

Shape into loaves; place in greased loaf pans. Set in a warm place to rise.

When doubled, bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
