Deborah's Oat Bran Loaf

1 cup oatbran
1 cup wholemeal self-raising flour
1/2 cup brown sugar (optional)
3/4 cup sultanas or dried apricots or dates
1/4 cup ground nuts or 1/4 cup shredded coconut 1 teaspoon
cinnamon
1 cup milk
Combine all dry ingredients
Mix well
Add milk - mix well again
Spoon into loaf tin
Bake at 180 degrees centigrade (355 farenheit) for 30-40 minutes
