TOMATO BREAD

1 pkg. yeast
1 c. tomato juice
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
about 3 c. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
1/3 c. dried milk
1 Tbsp. soft butter or
margarine
1/2 c. parsley, cut small

Heat tomato juice until warm, but not hot (112 degrees). Put
yeast in large bowl. Add juice; stir until dissolved. Add
remaining ingredients; mix thoroughly and put into greased
bowl. Grease top of ball of dough; let rise until doubled, in covered bowl. Punch down; knead about 50 times. Shape (a ring mold is good). Grease mold; grease top of dough. Cover
lightly; let rise until double. Bake at 375 degrees. When it is done, the smell of the bread lets you know it is ready. Good served with special butters, garlic, herb, etc.
