Very Good Corn Bread

1 cup flour
1 cup yellow cornmeal
1/4 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
2 large eggs, beaten


Preheat oven to 400 °F. Butter an 8 or 9 inch square pan In a bowl, mix flour, cornmeal, sugar, soda and salt. Add yogurt and beaten eggs, just until blended. Pour into a buttered 8 or 9 inch pan Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until it tests done.

Serve warm
