Carolina Cooking II

Mayonnaise Corn Bread
1 1/2 cups self-rising cornmeal
1/4 t. baking soda
1/2 cup nonfat dry milk
2 T. mayonnaise
1 cup water

Combine all. Mix well. Bake in iron skillet at 450 for 20-25 minutes
