3 beaten eggs
6 tbsp rich milk
1 1/2 tsp salt
3 c flour
Mix with fork;dough will be a stiff. Grate dough with a 1/2 inch grater.
Let dry 30 minutes on waxed paper.
Bring broth to boil and add dumplings. Cook 20 minutes.
