Spaetzle
3 eggs
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup water
1 3/4 cup flour
Mix thoroughly.
Place the spaetzle maker over a pot of boiling water and let the
dumplings drop directly into the water.
Can use ricer if you have one.
