Corn Cake Muffins
1 pkg. Jiffy Corn Muffin Mix
1 pkg. Jiffy Yellow Cake Mix
2 eggs
1/3 cup milk
1/2 cup water
Preheat oven to 350°, grease a muffin tin or use paper liners.
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl until well blended. Fill muffin cups 2/3 full with mix. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until lightly brown. Makes 20-24 muffins.
