4ozs (120g) flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
pinch of salt
2 1/2 (70g) light brown sugar

2..Fold in blueberries.
3..Spoon the mixture into the prepared muffin cups, filling them 2/3 full. If using a 12 cup muffin pan, place water in the other 4, for more even cooking.

5..Let cool in tins on a wire rack for 10 minutes, then unmould the muffins on to the wire rack and allow to cool completely.
