Bran Muffins
4 beaten eggs
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. oil
1 qt. buttermilk
1 (15oz) box Raisin Bran
5 c. flour
5 t. baking soda
2 t. salt
Preheat oven to 400.
Mix together eggs, sugar and oil. Add remaining ingredients, mixing just
until moist. Bake 10-15 minutes in greased muffin tins. Makes 5-6 dozen.
Batter will keep in fridge for 2-3 weeks.
