Corn Muffins
3 large eggs lightly beaten
1 cup self rising cornmeal
1 (8oz) can cream style corn
1 (8oz) carton sour cream
1/4 cup vegetable oil
Bake 375 for 20 minutes.
Mix together and place in well greased muffin pan.
