Onion Cheese Muffins
3 cups Bisquick® baking mix
3/4 cups shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
6 ounces French fried onion rings
1 large egg
1 cup milk
Preheat oven to 400. Grease 12 tin muffin pan.
Combine all ingredients into bowl and beat for one minute. Fill muffin cups
two thirds way full. Bake for 15 minutes or until a toothpick comes out
clean.
