Pumpkin Muffins 
WET INGREDIENTS:
2 eggs 
1/4 C oil  
3/4 C. sugar 
1 cup cooked pumpkin 
1/2 C. buttermilk 
DRY INGREDIENTS:
1 1/2 C. flour 
1 tsp. baking powder 
1 tsp. baking soda 
1/2 tsp. cinnamon 
dash of salt 
1/2 C. raisins 
Preheat oven to 400.
Mix wet ingredients. Mix Dry ingredients. Mix together lightly. 
Put into greased muffin tins and bake (lower to 375 after 5 minutes) for 
20 minutes.
