Muffins Raisin Bran

RAISIN BRAN MUFFINS

5c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. salt
3c. sugar
1 (15 oz.) box raisin bran cereal
4 eggs (beaten)
1 quart buttermilk
1c. oil

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Grease or paper-line muffin tins.

Combine the first 5 ingredients together.

Add eggs, buttermilk and oil.

Mix well. Cover and refrigerate.

This will keep in the refrigerator for up to 6 weeks.

Stir the mixture a bit the first time you take it out of the refrigerator.

Fill muffin tins that have been greased or paper liners inserted 2/3 full and bake for about 15 minutes.

Makes about 4 dozen muffins.
