Rice Muffins (gluten-free)
2 cups Rice Flour
2 teaspoon Baking Powder
1 teaspoon Xanthum Gum
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Baking Soda
2 tblspoon Sugar
2 Eggs
1/4 cup Butter
1 cup Water with tblspoon Cider Vinegar
Mix well. Fill greased muffin pan. Bake at 4250 for 20 minutes. Remove from pan.
