Muffins (Rodney Dangerfield Sour Cream Blueberry)

Rodney Dangerfield's Sour Cream Blueberry Muffins

1/2 cup butter, softened
1 1/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 - 1 cup blueberries (I always use more blueberries, sometimes 2 cups)

Preheat oven to 350.

Blend softened butter and sugar together. Add eggs, sour cream, vanilla. Blend completely.

Mix flour, baking powder and baking soda, and salt together separately (I pour it on top of other mixture and mix it by itself to save an extra bowl).

Blend thoroughly. Fold in blueberries gently. Fill muffin tins 2/3 full.

Bake for 25 minutes or till golden brown.
