Six Week Raisin Bran Muffins

In a large mixing bowl, mix together:
5 cups flour
5 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons alspice
1 (16 oz.) box Raisin Bran
3 cups sugar

Blend well, then mix in:
4 beaten eggs
1 cup vegetable oil
1 quart buttermilk
2 teaspoons vanilla

Mix well. Pour mix into lined muffin tins. Fill 1/2 full Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes

Batter can be stored in refrigerator for up to 6 weeks.

Pour unused batter into a tall plastic container, cover tightly. Do not stir mix in plastic container when reusing. Bake as above.
