Pumpkin Bread
1 Duncan Hines® yellow cake mix
2 cups of canned pumpkin
4 eggs
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/3 cup oil
1 tsp. orange flavoring
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix pumpkin, eggs, oil, pie spice and orange flavoring well.
Blend in cake mix till well blended
Spray 2 loaf pans with cooking spray, divide batter into each.
Bake 40-45 mins, or till tests clean.
Turn out on rack and cool
