FEATHER ROLLS
1 cup water
1/4 cup butter or oleo
2 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon salt
1 package Rapid Rise yeast
1 egg beaten
3 cups all-pupose flour
Preheat oven to 425.
Heat the water; add butter, sugar and salt. Stir until the butter is
melted, cool to 115°F. Sprinkle with yeast and proof.
Add to flour and then add egg.
Beat, as it will be too soft to knead. Set to rise.
Stir down and spoon into 2 inch muffin pans. Let rise until double.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes.
Makes about 18 rolls.
